Profile Visibility – Your professional details, including your name, will be visible to users on the FindHR - Talk to HR Expert Candidate app.

  • Modifying profile details and company-related information.
  • Requesting complete account deletion through the “Delete Account” option in settings.

Once deleted, all associated personal information will be permanently removed, except for data retained to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

 

7. Compliance & Penalties

findHR enforces strict compliance measures to maintain platform integrity. Violations of our policies may result in the following penalties:

  • Temporary Suspension: HR professionals engaging in misleading job postings, biased hiring practices, or unauthorized data sharing may face a temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent Ban: Unauthorized use of employee data, fraudulent activities, or breach of confidentiality agreements may result in permanent removal from the platform.
  • Legal Consequences: Misuse of platform services for discriminatory hiring, unethical labour practices, or spamming may lead to legal action under applicable labour laws.
  • Financial Penalties: In cases where findHR incurs financial or reputational loss due to HR professionals violating policies, they may be held liable for damages.

HR professionals are expected to follow ethical HR practices and maintain confidentiality in handling Users of the Candidate app findHR - talk to expert information.

 

8. Employee & Candidate Privacy Responsibility

HR professionals using findHR are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Users on the findHR candidate app information are processed lawfully and securely.
  • No personal data is misused, shared, or sold outside permitted use cases.
  • Discriminatory hiring practices or bias in services are avoided.
  • Confidential app records are handled with proper authorization and security measures.

 

9. Disclaimer

findHR is not responsible for interactions between HR professionals and third-party websites linked within the platform. Users should review third-party privacy policies before sharing company or candidate information.
